2. SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the digital product/service purchased by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product/Service: Digital content, software, macro scripts, licenses, etc.
Delivery Method: By email, download link, or user panel access.
Delivery Time: Delivered digitally within 24 hours after payment is completed.
4. PAYMENT
The BUYER agrees to pay the full price of the product during the order using the payment methods specified by the SELLER. Otherwise, the order will not be considered valid.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND CONDITIONS
The BUYER has no right of withdrawal for digital products.
Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable, copyable, and reproducible), the BUYER cannot withdraw from the purchase or request a refund after the transaction is completed.
This rule is in accordance with Article 15(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
6. WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
The SELLER does not guarantee any specific performance, compatibility, or success regarding digital products.
The provided software or content may vary depending on the BUYER's hardware, software, or usage.
The SELLER cannot be held responsible if the product is banned or blocked by any third party (e.g., game developers).
The BUYER acknowledges and accepts this risk when making the purchase.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All copyright and usage rights of purchased digital products belong to the SELLER. The BUYER acquires the product only for personal use. Sharing, reselling, or distributing the product to third parties is strictly prohibited.
8. JURISDICTION
In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the jurisdiction of the SELLER shall have authority.
9. ENFORCEMENT
This Agreement comes into force as soon as the BUYER approves it electronically on the website and is binding on both parties.
