Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the non-recoil macros ("Product") provided by LuciferMacros ("Seller"). By purchasing and using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Non-Refundable Purchase:

1.1 Once the Product is purchased, it cannot be refunded. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no returns or exchanges will be allowed for any reason.

1.2 Please ensure that you thoroughly review the Product details and features before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us through our social media channels or create a ticket on Discord to get in touch with the Seller.

1.3 After payment, you must send proof of payment (receipt) to me via our communication channels (Discord, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok). The macro for the game you requested will not be delivered without this proof.

2. Personal Use License:

2.1 The Seller grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product solely for personal use.

2.2 You may not use the Product for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, distribution, or any form of commercial exploitation.

3. Intellectual Property:

3.1 The Product, including all associated copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, is solely owned by the Seller.

3.2 Except for the limited personal use license granted under this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership or interest in the Product.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty:

4.1 The Product is provided "as is" without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

4.2 The Seller makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Product or any content or information contained within it.

5. Limitation of Liability:

5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Product, even if the possibility of such damages has been advised to the Seller.

5.2 In no event shall the Seller's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

6. Suspension of Access:

6.1 In the event of a breach of this Agreement or unauthorized use of the Product, the Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Product without prior notice.

6.2 The Seller may exercise this suspension or termination right at their discretion and without any liability.

7. Changes:

7.1 The Seller reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

7.2 It is your responsibility to review the most current version of the terms before using the Product.
