MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between Lucifer Macros (“Company”), operating at [lucifermacros.shop], and the internet user who registers as a member of the website (“Member”), under the terms set forth below.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the terms of use of the services provided on lucifermacros.shop and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

Membership is completed when the user fills out the registration form on the site with the required information and approves this Agreement.
The Member agrees that the information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date. The Member is solely responsible for any damages arising from providing incorrect or outdated information.
The Member may not transfer or allow third parties to use their membership account.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. Member’s Obligations

4.2. Company’s Rights and Obligations

6. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

The Company may immediately terminate the membership if the membership conditions are violated.

7. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

The Member’s personal data is protected under the Personal Data Protection Law and applicable legislation and processed only for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The user accepts that the site is used “as is.”

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by Turkish Law, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

10. ENFORCEMENT

The Member shall be deemed to have accepted all provisions of this Agreement upon completing the registration process and approving the Agreement electronically.
